Challenge
A family in Redhill faced a severe sewer blockage, causing foul odors and basement flooding. The blockage was so severe that wastewater was backing up into their home, creating a health hazard.
Solution
Our team arrived within 90 minutes of the emergency call. Using CCTV cameras, we identified the blockage as a buildup of grease and debris in the main sewer line. We then deployed high-pressure water jetting to clear the blockage completely.
Result
The blockage was resolved within 2 hours, preventing further damage to the property. We also provided the family with prevention tips to avoid future blockages, such as proper grease disposal and regular maintenance.
