Our morals within the drainage industry are key, we educate and promote good practice that reduces the likely-hood of blockages occurring. We do this by suggesting what to and not to use in your system, as well as and what you should and should not dispose of in business or household.

 

Our Mission

Times have changed so to keep up we need to change the way we think. It’s time to move away from experiencing a blockage which has taken you by surprise – an unexpected inconvenience – instead implementing a strategic cost effective planned maintenance programme to reduce the likely hood of reoccurring blockages and the potential to flood and cause harm.

We wish to eliminate the inconvenience and potential risk of reoccurring blockages, as well as internal and external flooding. These issues put great strain on everyday life within the public and commercial sector, personally and financially.

Time is always a concern for our customers. This is why we work 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year, to keep our customers reassured that we are always on hand to fix their drainage issues.

As a business we put ourselves on the other side of the coin to appreciate the urgency of a job from the first phone call up until completion and resolution. Time is everything, so we have priority response times on all blockages.
