I was very impressed by the work of Ryan and his team. They attended promptly. Used a metal detector to locate a manhole cover hidden two feet under soil on a hill in my front garden. Having located the blocked drain they cleared the blockage quickly and cleanly advising it was caused by flushing baby wipes etc down the toilet.

He also advised I could pay for a more extensive cleaning of the drainage system and CCTV report at a later date if I wanted to. Two previous drainage experts were unable to locate the problem. One offered to conduct an expensive survey. Ryan saved me a lot of money.

Ryan and his colleague did a great job clearing the blockage in our drains/sewer. Unfortunately, a rat popped it’s head up while he was working and there were signs of a rat infestation which will need further investigation. I have no hesitation in recommending Ryan and will book him for the future work that needs carrying out. What was really commendable was that he didn’t charge for the job as he is doing such work free of charge during lock down for the over 65’s and vulnerable people. A very nice man.

Highly recommend Ryan in all aspects of his work. What we thought was a major problem turned out to be a blocked drain which Ryan cleared within a couple of hours. One very happy customer and would definitely use C4 drainage again in the future.

I am very impressed with the work of c4 plus. They worked really hard to discover what was causing a blockage in my drains, their perseverance paid off as they fixed my blocked drains which two other companies had failed to do. C4 recently visited Soper Hall, a community centre in Caterham run by a charity. The building is over 100 years old and the charity maintains the building to make it available to the community. You were tasked with clearing a blocked gully in the rear car park which meant the car park was flooded every time it rained. You also were tasked with clearing and descaling the drainage coming from the gents toilets in the basement. You turned up at the appointed time and completed the job for the price quoted and showed me the camera view of the drains. I have no hesitation recommending C4 Plus.

Really fast and efficient service, we had a noticed a bad odour coming from our kitchen sink after coming back from a weekend away, after a quick phone call in the morning the team were at the house within an hour and fixed the issue, also providing a details breakdown of what the issues were and how to prevent and future/repeat issues happening again, would highly recommend.

I wanted to thank you for the excellent service that you provided at the beginning of October. We have been involved in internecine war with the pigeons on our roof for several years. As a result the gutters have become blocked with their nest building waste and other more objectionable waste. C4 Plus pride themselves on getting in amongst all kinds of waste and they came around and did a proper job on my gutters.
The attending technician was very polite and very careful with all his equipment when he came through the house to clear the rear of the building. A First Class service I have no hesitation to recommend to others.

We had drain blockage in our building caused by irresponsible tradesmen dropping blue roll paper, bathroom fixings and pouring cement down the drain. Ryan and Logan arrived on site straight away to get to work, despite the awkward location and the depth of the manhole. They worked with precision to carefully break down all the cement in the drain without causing damage and thoroughly checked again and again made sure the drain was sparkly clean. Really happy with the service :) We’ve had a problem with our bath draining slowly for a little while now. C4 sent someone over to take a look at it super quickly. We had several partial collapsed sections of our 'dirty' drains. One (costly) survey said lots of (expensive) relining and some (expensive) excavation was required. Another drain company couldn't tell me what their warranty was. Another visited but didn't send in the quote. I was despondent. C4Plus behaved impeccably. A prompt survey (30% less than the first) showed less work was needed - just three patches. Work was carried out by two very competent, efficient, polite guys about a week later. Absolutely 100% recommended.
